It's
the best week for Cryastal Palace for beating two such great victories in such
a short space of time, which you don't expect. But Arsenal was a well deserved one. That's the big thing;
it was well deserved. Our aim here we just want to see what tecniques Cryastal
Palace applied and how they to beat both
of Asernal and Chelsea this week.
v I think
the whole emphasis on the players’ ability to shut Arsenal down and crowd them
out of their fluent play was the key area to our success tonight.
v And
then to expose and exploit the spaces that Arsenal leave because of their
attacking style of play. And then of course in the end the quality of our final
third play and our finishing today, particularly Yohan Cabaye's goal, was
outstanding.
v The
moves and the runs we made into the spaces that Arsenal left was a massive
element for the success as well.
v I just
looked at the stats for the second half and I don't think Arsenal had one shot
on target. It’s our defensive solidarity that gives us the platform to win
football matches.
v Also
our attacking players are enjoying themselves more than they ever have this
season, and flourishing in possession and scoring goals. So we've got
everything at the moment right.
v We just
have to keep it up for a little bit longer, [get] one or two more results and
we should be safe. But it's a massive night for everybody and it's been a
massive week for us all. Six points out of nine."

v Who was
your Man of the Match? , "All 11 I think it's a tough one; Andros,
Wilfried, Yohan from an attacking point of view. Defending; Mama Sakho.
Defensively he rarely puts a foot wrong.
v He is
calm and cool and when you see him chest one back to the keeper in the last
minute, it shows you that he knows he can do that, no panic.
v
He is making the right decisions. There were lots of
really good performances tonight."
